Born in 1975, the Chef, Stefano Mei Tomasi, despite his young age, can boast a highly enviable experience. Trained in one of the most important resorts worldwide, such as the Forte Village in South Sardinia, where he worked for 16 years, under the expert guidance of two executive chefs such as Eifisio Mocci and Roberto Chergia, Stefano has been able to enjoy numerous experiences abroad. Dubai, Moscow and London are just some of the destinations that the Chef has visited during these twenty years of his career to increase his professional background and to be able to combine the most exotic working techniques with the most refined traditionality of the island’s dishes.
The “Da Stefano” restaurant, inaugurated on 5 July 2014, tries to present itself within the Teuladino panorama, as one of the most creative local realities. There, where new traditional flavors and tastes perfectly marry the quality of the dishes proposed, fully enhancing the incredible care for the dishes served.
